With Lt. Commander Comina Kira acting as Judge Advocate General, Garresh Gren Gumar is sentenced to death for the rape, assualt and murder of Gor Lannie Mipp aboard the USS / CVG Tanmesad.

The sentence was applied by Fighter Group B Leader Melissa Viceroy of the Tanmesad Marine Corps.

Gumar freely admitted to the crime and accepted the punishment claiming his actions were righteous and honorable in the elimination of the impure Bajoran-Cardassian Hybrid.

The actions of the Garresh are reprehensible and do not represent the crew of the Tanmesad, the Provisional Government of Cardassia or the United Federation of Planets.
