I am deeply honored to accept the position of Second Deputy Commander In Chief in association with Deputy Director William Wells, the new Deputy Commander In Chief.

I am humbled by the additional responsibilities of Research and Development and will strive to use the Omega Research to help improve not only ships in the fleet but the way the ships travel.

I would like to thank Admiral Tim Veltkamp for the honor of serving in the Omega Fleet and the fine staff of the Omega Colony for their recent efforts.
